SWIMOTION operating procedures
- Please shower before you leave home.
- Please wait in the car when you arrive, I will come out and call you in for your appointment.
- Please bring with you, a thermometer so the swimmer and spectator can show me that their temperature is normal before we start the session.
- You will also be asked to use the hand sanitiser before entering the building.
- Please arrive with your swimming costume on under your clothes. You can leave your clothes on a chair next to the pool that will be cleaned between each session. After your session ends, the swimmer will be left alone by the swimming pool to get changed. Sorry that no shower or separate changing facilities are available.
- Any accompanying adult must stay in the waiting room where they can view the session.
- Please limit the number of people attending on site to just the swimmer and 1 adult, if the swimmer is under 16.
- There is a toilet on site but this is only for use in an emergency.
- Please make sure to adhere to the social distancing rules at all times.
- Payment is by bank transfer before your session in full, I am not able to accept cash at this time.
- Cancellation – please give me 24 hours notice of any sessions that need to be cancelled for a full refund. Less than 24 hours notice will result in you being charged for the session, at the discretion of Jon Yates.
- If you or any of your immediate family are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms including a sore throat, cough or fever please do not attend your session.
- There will be a deep clean between each client and a sizeable gap between sessions to ensure I have time to clean and prepare for each client.
- I will make sure the pool area is well ventilated during the session and between sessions.
- Please download, print and sign the following agreement that confirms you are aware and accept our COVID-secure terms and conditions.
